Privacy Policy

Pixel & Blip is a mini-games app operated by AICOFI PTE. LTD. (Singapore, "we"). This policy covers the Pixel & Blip apps for iOS and Android.

What we collect

• An account identifier. When you first open the app we create an anonymous account so your progress can be backed up. It is a random ID and contains no personal information.
• Sign-in details, only if you sign in. With Sign in with Apple or Google we receive your account identifier from that provider, your email address (with Apple this can be a private relay address) and your name if you choose to share it. Your Pixel & Blip login is an AICOFI account, which can also be used with other AICOFI apps.
• Game data. Progress, coins, scores, achievements, medals, favorites and game settings, stored as your cloud save.
• Purchases. If you buy items, we receive the transaction details from Apple or Google (product, transaction ID, date, subscription status) to deliver and restore your purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

What we don't do

• Optional rewarded ads can unlock game levels in supported mobile builds. Ads never start without choosing to watch one.
• Google AdMob provides these ads. Depending on your consent and device settings, its SDK may collect IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google's privacy policy.
• You can review ad consent in the app's Settings → Ad privacy settings. Where required, consent is requested before ads are loaded.
• We don't sell or rent your game or account data.
• Daily reminders are scheduled on your device; we don't use push notification tokens.

How we use it

Only to run the app: keep your account signed in, back up and restore your progress, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, deliver optional rewarded level unlocks and answer support requests.

Where it is stored

Accounts and cloud saves are stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase (United States). Sign-in is provided by Apple and Google, and purchases are processed by Apple and Google, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your Pixel & Blip account. Records of purchases may be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app (tap your name → Delete Pixel & Blip account) or request it on the web. This permanently deletes your Pixel & Blip cloud save and disconnects Sign in with Apple from the app. If your AICOFI login is not used by any other AICOFI app, it is deleted too; your data in other AICOFI apps is not affected.

Children

Pixel & Blip is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; guests are identified only by a random ID. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
